2. Making “Delivery” with your own car without a California license.
In 2025 the apps that do pay without verifying status:
- DoorDash (with your country license + passport works in most states)
- Instacart Shopper (accepts consular plates in Texas and Florida)
- Amazon Flex (with ITIN they accept it in 90% of the cases, and getting ITIN is 100% legal even if you are undocumented)
Actual average: $24 – $38/hour after gasoline
3. Nail and eyelash business from home (the gold of Latinas)
A Dominican woman I know in Miami started in her salon with a $400 investment. Today she has 6 girls working for her and is billing $9,000 a week.
You do not need a license in a private home in most counties in Florida and Texas.
2 day Spanish courses by Zoom: $150 – $250 and you are good to go.
4. House and office cleaning (the classic that never dies)
In 2025 most charge $180 – $250 per large house.
With 4 houses a week = $720 – $1,000 a week on hand.
The key: create an LLC in New Mexico or Wyoming (can be 100% online without SSN, costs $150) and you can legally bill and pay taxes with ITIN.
5. Being “Tasker” in TaskRabbit or Handy
They accept ITIN or passport.
They pay the most:
- IKEA furniture assembly ($80-$150 per job)
- Small moves ($200-$400 per day)
- Apartment painting ($600-$1,200 per job)
6. Selling Latin food with a cottage food permit.
California, Texas, Florida and Illinois allow home-prepared food to be sold without inspection if it is “non-perishable.”
The hits of 2025:
- Frozen Tamales
- Pupusas and empanadas
- Dulce de leche and cocadas
A Salvadoran woman in Houston sells $6,500 a week only on weekends with pupusas.
7. The method that is exploding in 2025: Create content on TikTok and YouTube in Spanish (without showing your face).
Thousands are earning $3,000 – $12,000 per month with channels:
- Quick Latin recipes
- Cleaning tips
- “Day in the life” with voice-over.
Monetize with TikTok Creativity Program (pay from 1 000 followers) and YouTube Partner (with ITIN).
All of the above is 100% legal, you pay your taxes with ITIN (which you can get even if you are undocumented) and no one can deport you for working this way.
I have seen families go from earning $1,200 a month in construction to $8,000-$10,000 by combining 2 or 3 of these options.
